About the Founder
Thanvi Suvva
Thanvi is a rising junior with a passion for art and science. She is sensitive about the healing impact that art can have on children who are ill and in long-term residencies in hospitals. Equally important to Thanvi, is the therapeutic value that art and communication through art can have on the elderly. Therefore, she and her team bring ArtRX to hospitals and nursing homes throughout New York. Thanvi is a cancer researcher through Cornell Weil Medical Center studying potential therapeutics for cancer immunotherapy. Her previous research on limb regeneration, under the mentorship of Professor Ay Birol at Harvard University, is pending publication. A participant in SARAS at Stony Brook University and the manager of the Jericho High School Boys' Badminton Team, Thanvi is also a gold key winner in the Scholastic Art & Writing Competition.

Jiley Diego
Jiley Diego is a student and artist whose interests lie at the intersection of art, medicine, and scientific innovation. Fascinated by fields such as gene editing, regenerative medicine, and biotechnology, she enjoys exploring how emerging discoveries can transform the future of healthcare and improve lives. As an artist, Jiley believes creativity is just as essential to scientific progress as curiosity and critical thinking, shaping the way new ideas are imagined, communicated, and brought to life. Through community outreach and service, she hopes to bridge the worlds of science and art, inspiring others to see both disciplines as powerful tools for healing, discovery, and meaningful change.
